This isn't your usual noodle type of lasagna, but the layers of sliced hot dogs, beans, and cheese make a lasagna look. It's great for a potluck barbecue. Just place it on the grill and enjoy!

1 lb
hot dogs sliced into diagonal slices
2 can(s)
(16 ounces each) vegetarian baked beans, drained
1 1/2 c
shredded monterey jack cheese

How to Make Hot Dog Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  • 1#1 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

#2 In a disposable 8-inch square aluminum pan, layer half of the beans, then half of the hot dogs, and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining beans, hot dogs, and cheese.

#3 Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place on the grill. Close the grill cover and heat the beans for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and the hot dogs and beans are heated through.
  • 2This can be put together ahead of time, then kept covered and refrigerated (uncooked). Cook it when you're ready, but add 4 to 5 minutes to the cooking time.
