Ingredients
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup honey mustard
- 2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic pepper
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound catfish fillets, cut into smaller pieces
How To Make honey mustard oven-fried catfish

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and mist with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and honey mustard; whisk together until blended.

Step 4In a deep pie plate, combine yellow cornmeal, bread crumbs, garlic pepper, sea salt, Old Bay seasoning, ground cumin, and Parmesan cheese; mix well with a fork until combined.

Step 5Dredge each fillet in honey mustard mixture; dip on both sides. Transfer a fillet into crumb mixture to coat.

Step 6Place a fillet on the coated baking sheet. Repeat with each fillet.

Step 7Bake for 25 minutes or until the fillets are golden brown.
