honey margarine oven-fried salmon
I created this salmon recipe. It's oven fried with my creation of honey margarine and it's great with a side of potato au gratin.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1 tablespoon sea salt mixed with black pepper
- 2 pounds salmon fillets
How To Make honey margarine oven-fried salmon

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet.

Step 2Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Step 3Mix margarine and honey together in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 4Combine bread crumbs, chopped honey roasted peanuts, asiago cheese and sea salt/black pepper in a medium bowl.

Step 5Coat salmon on all sides with creamy honey margarine using a rubber spatula.

Step 6Press salmon into the bread crumb mixture to coat on all sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
