How to Make Homemade Texas Hamburgers

  1. Get medium size bowl with lid, place hamburger and all seasoning, mix will. Let it sit over night the flavors marry better that way.
  2. Take out of refridgerator and mix once more. Make the hamburger and place on platter.
  3. Heat your iron skillet and place hamburgers on it. Cook on both side for 4 minutes each. I put my hamburger press on it. It sears the hamburger beautifully.
  4. Take press off and place cheese on top.
  5. Put your iron skillet on top it melts the cheese really fast.
  6. When you take it of the cheese is melted beatifully.
