- 1 ½ teaspoons ground dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon ground dried sage
- ¾ teaspoon ground dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon finely ground black pepper
