Step 1IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT 2 tABLESPOONS OF THE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS UNTILL THEY ARE TENDER AND GOLDEN BROWN ABOUT 8 TO 10 MINUTES.

Step 2wHILR THE VEGGIES COOK. HEAT THE CHEEZEWIZ IN A BOWL IN THE MICROWAVE JUST UNTILL WARM 2 TO 3 MINUTES. sTIR AND SET ASIDE.
