Found this in an old cookbook. Love those recipes.

Ingredients

  • 10 cups sifted all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups shortening

How To Make home made bisquick

  • Step 1
    Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening until mix resembles coarse corn meal. Place in air tight container. Can be stored up to 6 weeks at room temperature. Use as you would Bisquick.
