Ingredients
- 1 - 2.6 oz Starkist Tuna Creations Hickory Smoked pouch
- 1 - hard boiled egg chopped
- handful - pecans, in pieces
- - lettuce sliced
- 10 - red grapes sliced in half
- 1/4 cup red onion slivered, or desired amount
- 1/4 cup bell pepper diced, or desired amount
- 1/4 cup celery stalk diced, or desired amount
- 3/4 cup crisp smokey black pepper bacon (crumbled)
- 1 - kosher dill spear diced
- 1 - yellow banana hot chili pepper( diced) from jar
- 3/4 cup best foods real mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup smokey sharp cheddar cheese (small cubes)
- dash McCormicks sea salt
- dash McCormicks black pepper
- - roasted garlic olive oil for toasting bun
- 2 - torta bun or other deli style sandwich buns (big) cut in half making 4 sandwiches

Step 1Mix together all ingredients (in a large bowl.)(Except for Olive Oil and Buns)

Step 2As the ingredients are sitting in a bowl cover to let flavors enhance.

Step 3Brush Roasted Garlic Olive Oil on Buns and toast on a medium hot iron skillet.

Step 4Now just add your Tuna Mixture to your buns and garnish plate with a pickle spear and some chips. Enjoy!
