    2.6 oz Starkist Tuna Creations Hickory Smoked pouch
  • 1
    hard boiled egg chopped
  • handful
    pecans, in pieces
  • ·
    lettuce sliced
  • 10
    red grapes sliced in half
  • 1/4 c
    red onion slivered, or desired amount
  • 1/4 c
    bell pepper diced, or desired amount
  • 1/4 c
    celery stalk diced, or desired amount
  • 3/4 c
    crisp smokey black pepper bacon (crumbled)
  • 1
    kosher dill spear diced
  • 1
    yellow banana hot chili pepper( diced) from jar
  • 3/4 c
    best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    smokey sharp cheddar cheese (small cubes)
  • dash(es)
    McCormicks sea salt
  • dash(es)
    McCormicks black pepper
  • ·
    roasted garlic olive oil for toasting bun
  • 2
    torta bun or other deli style sandwich buns (big) cut in half making 4 sandwiches

How to Make Hickory Smoked Tuna,Pecans & Smokey Bacon Torta


  1. Mix together all ingredients (in a large bowl.)(Except for Olive Oil and Buns)
  2. As the ingredients are sitting in a bowl cover to let flavors enhance.
  3. Brush Roasted Garlic Olive Oil on Buns and toast on a medium hot iron skillet.
  4. Now just add your Tuna Mixture to your buns and garnish plate with a pickle spear and some chips. Enjoy!
