A dear BUNKO buddy gave this recipe to me and what a delightful one it is. What a unique flavor with the addition of jam and brown sugar. Perfect for Super Bowl party or any potluck as it makes plenty.

How to Make Hawaiian Ham Sliders - Steph

  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter; flour and jam, cutting any large pieces of fruit; set aside. Cut rolls in half and lay bottoms, cut sides up, in an even layer in two 9 x 13" baking pans lightly coated with cooking spray. Spread each roll bottom with one teaspoon of jam mixture. Divide ham and cheese among the roll bottoms (about one ounce ham and 1/2 ounce cheese per sandwich).
  2. Add roll tops. For topping: in a small saucepan, melt the 1/2 cup butter over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Using a pastry brush, coat roll tops with topping. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sliders are heated through. Makes 24! ENJOY
