I was desperate need for whats for din din,lol Started pulling things out of my frig. ~~~ That is when Im @ my best,;-} So this is what I came up with. I might add it is also just as tasty warmed up in a microwave that my husband took leftovers for lunch,yum yum Its must keep recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hash browns potatoes, frozen, put them out to thaw
  • 1 - small green or red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 - med. sweet yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 - cloves of garlic, diced
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground sausage
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons mrs. dash, original
  • 2 pinches parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons creamed horseralish
  • 1/2 stick cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, keeping back a small hand full for topping
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits

How To Make hashy delectable` with a yummmmmy

  • Step 1
    Set oven @ 350 degrees. Place refrigerator biscuits in a baking pan & bake until lightly browned, set a side. Brown sausage in med.size pan & half way through add chopped bell peppers,chopped sweet yellow onion & just before all is browned turn down heat & add the diced garlic, careful not to burn the garlic. In a large bowl mix Thawed hash browns & browned ingredients together, then fold in cream cheese & horse-relish, parsley & Mrs. Dash, once mixed together fold in beaten eggs & shredded cheddar cheese. PLACE IN A WELL GREASED BAKING PAN & top with small hand full of shredded cheddar & place biscuits on top. AND COVER FOR THE FIRST 20mins. after 20mins of baking uncover and bake for 25mins. until eggs are cooked through Serve while hot ;-}

    Once on the plate you may like a lil sauce on the side. I like the French onion dip with a lil salsa.
