Seen this Crock Pot recipe in one of the Local MN Newspapers years back and have always kept it on hand as hubby is a potato lover! Most men are... You can switch out the meat to one of your own preferences if you don't like Ham.

Ingredients

1 bag(s)
hashbrowns (32 oz)

8 oz containers cream cheese
6 c
water
7 tsp
chicken bouilion
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 c
cubed ham
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
dillweed

Step-By-Step

1Coat inside of Crock Pot with Olive Oil. Using a large bowl dissolve the chicken bouillon in the 6 cups warm water. Blend the cream cheese with the water. Add rest of the ingredients, stirring gently until well mixed.
2Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours
