Seen this Crock Pot recipe in one of the Local MN Newspapers years back and have always kept it on hand as hubby is a potato lover! Most men are... You can switch out the meat to one of your own preferences if you don't like Ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s)
    hashbrowns (32 oz)
  • 2
    8 oz containers cream cheese
  • 6 c
    water
  • 7 tsp
    chicken bouilion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 c
    cubed ham
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dillweed

How to Make Hashbrown Potato Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Coat inside of Crock Pot with Olive Oil. Using a large bowl dissolve the chicken bouillon in the 6 cups warm water. Blend the cream cheese with the water. Add rest of the ingredients, stirring gently until well mixed.
  2. Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours
