Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon blk pepper, dividedf
- 1 pound veal cutlets 1/2" thickness (i got four)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped (remove seeds use just flesh)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, choppd
- 1/2 cup white wine.....mayb more :)

Step 1IN A PLATE COMBINE FLOUR, 1/2 TSP SALT N 1/4 TSP BLK. PEPPER . COAT VEAL CUTLETS WITH THIS FLOUR MIXTURE.

Step 2IN A LARGE PAN HEAT OLIVE OIL OVER MED/HIGH HEAT N ADD HALF OF THE CUTLETS TURN ONCE N BROWN LIGHTLY 4-5 MIN.ADD HALF OF THE GARLIC ONCE U FLIP CUTLETS. PLACE LIGHTLY BROWND CUTLETS ON PLATTER N COVER WITH FOIL...REPEAT PROCESS WITH REMAINN CUTLETS.

Step 3ADD TOMATOES N BASIL TO PAN N SAUTÉ 1-2 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOMATOES SLIGHTLY SOFTN. ADD THE WINE N THE REMAINN SALT N PEPPER.

Step 4RETURN THE VEAL TO THE PAN N COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES UNTIL SAUCE HAS SLIGHTLY THICKND N VEAL IS HEATD THRU.....ENJOY :)
