Made this for my kids last week and they killed it! The corn is an opptional ingredient in case you don't like it. Enjoy!

Ingredients For ham broccoli rice and cheese casserole

1onion, chopped

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

3 crice, cooked (instant)
-
2 cham, cooked & diced ( i use pre-packaged)
-
3 cbroccoli flortets, steamed ( i use frozen, steam in bag kind)

10 ozcorn
-
1/2 cmilk
-
20 ozcream of mushroom soup
-
2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1/2 cbreadcrumbs
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted

1 dashsalt
-
1 dashpepper
-
1 dashgarlic salt
How To Make ham broccoli rice and cheese casserole

1Preheat oven to 375. Cook rice as instructed, and steam broccoli

2Cook onions in oil over medium-low heat until soft.

3In a large bowl, mix the milk, soup, seasonings and cheddar cheese until combined. Gently stir in cooked rice, broccoli, corn, and onions.

4Dump broccoli mixture into a large casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, breadcrumbs, and parmesean cheese.

5Spread breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes
