This is an awesome caserole that you can use that left over ham in. My family loves this served with homemade bread and canned peaches warmed with a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 8 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 pound ham, cubed
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make ham broccoli potato caserole

Step 1Put potatoes, broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Step 2In frying pan sprayed with cooking spray sautee onions.

Step 3Add cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup to frying pan. Stir constantly until it is melted and smooth.

Step 4Pour over ham mixture and mix completely.

Step 5Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with cooking spray. Pour caserole into it. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
