This is an awesome caserole that you can use that left over ham in. My family loves this served with homemade bread and canned peaches warmed with a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 8 - potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 pound ham, cubed
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make ham broccoli potato caserole

  • Step 1
    Put potatoes, broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In frying pan sprayed with cooking spray sautee onions.
  • Step 3
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup to frying pan. Stir constantly until it is melted and smooth.
  • Step 4
    Pour over ham mixture and mix completely.
  • Step 5
    Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with cooking spray. Pour caserole into it. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
