This is an awesome caserole that you can use that left over ham in. My family loves this served with homemade bread and canned peaches warmed with a dash of cinnamon.

Ingredients

potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb
ham, cubed
10 3/4 oz
cream of mushroom soup
8 oz
sour cream
4 oz
cream cheese
8 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Ham Broccoli Potato Caserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put potatoes, broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese in large bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  • 2In frying pan sprayed with cooking spray sautee onions.
  • 3Add cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup to frying pan. Stir constantly until it is melted and smooth.
  • 4Pour over ham mixture and mix completely.
  • 5Take a 9 x 13 pan and spray with cooking spray. Pour caserole into it. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
