Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups ham pieces
- 2 cups shreded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
How To Make ham and scalloped potatoes

Step 1Boil potatos slowly 10 minutes in small amount of water.

Step 2Saute chopped onion in butter. Stir in flour add salt. Let cook for a few minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups milk, bring to a simmer, stirring in 1 cup of the shreded cheese. Add ham pieces.

Step 3Pour all into undrained potatoes. Mix lightly. Pour into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
