Ingredients For ham and cheddar broccoli quiche

1 pkgrefrigerated pie crusts

4 lgeggs, slightly beaten

1 cham cubes

1 cmilk

8 ozbroccoli florets, frozen

1 Tbsponion, chopped

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 tspdry mustard

1-1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make ham and cheddar broccoli quiche

1Heat oven to 350 degrees and put one of the pie crust into a pie plate.

2Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside.

3Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over pie and bake for 40-50 minutes.

4Substitute turkey or chicken for a change. Freezes well. I always double the recipe and we eat one and freeze one.
