Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup ham cubes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces broccoli florets, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make ham and cheddar broccoli quiche

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees and put one of the pie crust into a pie plate.
  • Step 2
    Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside.
  • Step 3
    Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over pie and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Substitute turkey or chicken for a change. Freezes well. I always double the recipe and we eat one and freeze one.
