Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup ham cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces broccoli florets, frozen
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make ham and cheddar broccoli quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees and put one of the pie crust into a pie plate.

Step 2Combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside.

Step 3Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust. Pour egg mixture over pie and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Step 4Substitute turkey or chicken for a change. Freezes well. I always double the recipe and we eat one and freeze one.
