This delicious Halloween meal is made every October by one of our BUNKO hostesses and is a real treat for everyone!

Ingredients
- 10 - 12 pounds pumpkin, cleaned out completely
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound pork sausage (friend uses italian sausage)
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 1 package uncle ben's wild rice
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Cut off top of pumpkin and completely remove the insides of the pumpkin. Brown ground beef and sausage; saute vegetables. Drain grease. Put back in pan; add remaining ingredients and mix together. Put all ingredients inside the pumpkin and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. ENJOY!!

Step 2Using Italian Sausage makes it a little spicier but you can use just regular sausage.
