Ingredients

  • HAMBALLS

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ham loaf
  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    chopped medium onion
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • ·
    salt n pepper
  • HAMBALL SAUCE/TOPPING

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • ·
    dash of worcestershire sauce

How to Make Gypsy's Hamballs

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all hamball ingredients together and shape into balls, whatever size you like. (mine I usually make 6-8 of these in a pan)
  2. make the hamball sauce andand spread half of the mixture on top of the hamballs
  3. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, drain (use a baster to drain liquid) and spoon on the remaining sauce and bake uncovered for 35 more minutes.
