These are great! A lady from my church made these all the time with this recipe and they are so delicious!

Ingredients

  • HAMBALLS
  • 1 1/2 pounds ham loaf
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 - chopped medium onion
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • - salt n pepper
  • HAMBALL SAUCE/TOPPING
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • - dash of worcestershire sauce

How To Make gypsy's hamballs

  • Step 1
    mix all hamball ingredients together and shape into balls, whatever size you like. (mine I usually make 6-8 of these in a pan)
  • Step 2
    make the hamball sauce andand spread half of the mixture on top of the hamballs
  • Step 3
    Bake covered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, drain (use a baster to drain liquid) and spoon on the remaining sauce and bake uncovered for 35 more minutes.
