Ingredients For gypsy's hamballs
- HAMBALLS

1 1/2 lbham loaf
-
1 1/2 lbhamburger
-
1chopped medium onion
-
2eggs
-
1 coatmeal
-
1/4 tspgarlic salt
-
salt n pepper
- HAMBALL SAUCE/TOPPING
-
1 cketchup
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
dash of worcestershire sauce
How To Make gypsy's hamballs

1mix all hamball ingredients together and shape into balls, whatever size you like. (mine I usually make 6-8 of these in a pan)

2make the hamball sauce andand spread half of the mixture on top of the hamballs

3Bake covered at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover, drain (use a baster to drain liquid) and spoon on the remaining sauce and bake uncovered for 35 more minutes.
