12.gal.pot bring water to boil
add crab boil and shrimp 2/4 min save 1 qt water
peel shrimp devain place on side

add oil m/h heat.

4in a 4qt pot add dry riceand water rinse well add 3TBL.salt
place water 3.in above the rice
bring to boil simmer from cold to cooked 23.Min
check for done. rinse well in collender
5place cooked rice in bowl add gumbo!
