Ingredients
- 2 gallons water boil ,add' cajun crab boil. 1/4tesp.save water.
- 1 pound med shrimp inshell( boil in liquid save 1.qt. water. peel and dvain shrimp.
- 2 - doz. oysters in water.
- 1 pound picked crab whitemeat.
- 2 - fillets cat fish cut into 1/4.in peices
- 2 - doz fresh blue clawcrabs opened and cleaned break into 2 halfs
- 1 large yellow onions
- 1 large bell pepper 1.large yellow bell pepper.
- 2 - celery shafts.
- 3 - garlic pods fresh very finely chopped.
- 1 cup veg oil.
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups uncooked long grain rice white/brown choise
- - add salt and pepper after cooking to taste
- GOMBO FOR SUNDAY
- - sorry add all seafood 15 mins to end cooking seafood takes only 5 min to cook
How To Make gumbo

Step 12.gal.pot bring water to boil add crab boil and shrimp 2/4 min save 1 qt water peel shrimp devain place on side

Step 2clean pot and use again. add oil m/h heat. add flour slowly stiring until paste (rue). darken ot desired color or add small amount (Kitchen bouquit) mix in season and saved qt. water simmer till veges are well cooked.

Step 3increase water to about 1.gal.

Step 4in a 4qt pot add dry riceand water rinse well add 3TBL.salt place water 3.in above the rice bring to boil simmer from cold to cooked 23.Min check for done. rinse well in collender

Step 5place cooked rice in bowl add gumbo! have a great meal and day
