I love this grilled cheese sandwhich! Toasted sourdough, ooey gooey extra sharp white cheddar and the bite of shallots. YUM!

  • 2 slice
    sourdough bread
  • 1 Tbsp
    ubsalted sweet cream butter, softened
  • ·
    sliced extra sharp white cheddar
  • ·
    sliced shallots to taste

How to Make GrownUp Grilled Cheese

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread on skillet, top with cheese, shallot and other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until toasty and golden, and flip and cook the other side.
