Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- BOWL
- 1 - head romaine lettuce, separated into leaves.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 0 - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make ground turkey bowls

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Line 4 bowls with the romaine lettuce leaves.

Step 2Add the oil to a large saucepan. Add the red bell pepper, ginger, and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3Add the sauce and scallions and cook until the sauce thickens up a bit.

Step 4Spoon the turkey mixture into the prepared bowls.
