Ingredients For ground turkey bowls

1 Tbspfish sauce

3 Tbspsoy sauce

3 Tbspsweet chili sauce

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1/4 cHoisin sauce
- BOWL

1head romaine lettuce, separated into leaves.

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspgrated ginger

4 clovegarlic minced

1 mdred bell pepper chopped

1 lbground turkey

1 cscallions, chopped

0salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make ground turkey bowls

1Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Line 4 bowls with the romaine lettuce leaves.

2Add the oil to a large saucepan. Add the red bell pepper, ginger, and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink.

3Add the sauce and scallions and cook until the sauce thickens up a bit.

4Spoon the turkey mixture into the prepared bowls.
