Ingredients For ground turkey bowls

  • SAUCE
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweet chili sauce
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    Hoisin sauce
  • BOWL
  • 1
    head romaine lettuce, separated into leaves.
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1 c
    scallions, chopped
  • 0
    salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make ground turkey bowls

  • 1
    Mix the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. Line 4 bowls with the romaine lettuce leaves.

    Add the oil to a large saucepan. Add the red bell pepper, ginger, and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink.

    Add the sauce and scallions and cook until the sauce thickens up a bit.
  • 4
    Spoon the turkey mixture into the prepared bowls.
