I've made these sandwiches for many graduations and other big gatherings. It makes about 100 sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds bologna, chunk
  • 2 pounds cervelat, chunk
  • 7 - eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 2 cups salad dressing (miracle whip)
  • 1 cup relish-style sandwich spread (kraft)
  • - sugar (optional)
  • - milk to thin

How To Make ground meat sandwiches

  • Step 1
    Coarsely grind meat and eggs into a large bowl. Add the salad dressing, sandwich spread and stir well. Add a little milk if it seems to thick. Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time if it seems too vinegary. Refrigerate until serving time. This will fill 100 average sized buns.
