  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 10 small
    corn tortillas
  • 3 medium
    tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    onions, chopped
  • ·
    cilantro, fresh (chopped)
  • ·
    lettuce leaves shredded
  • 1/2
    jalapeno fresh (chopped)
  • ·
    taco seasoning mix
  • ·
    sour cream
  • ·
    american cheese shredded
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    ground cumin
  • ·
  • ·
    water, as needed

How to Make Ground beef special Tacos


  1. In medium skillet, brown beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, Stir frequently, drain & add 2 tablespoons of onions.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning mix, salt and pepper, cumin and just a little bit of water so the beef won't dry out, cook until beef is done.
  3. In another skillet start frying the tortillas, while frying fold them in half.
  4. Making the salsa:
    In a container mix tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapeños, salt & pepper and add a little lime.
  5. Making the tacos :)
    1) taco shell
    2) beef mixture
    3) cheese
    4) Sour cream
    5) lettuce
    6) Salsa
