red wine vinegar

coriander
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 lb
lamb stew meat

How to Make Grilled Lamb Kebobs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high. Cut up any veggies you want to add.
  • 2Whisk marinade ingredients together, Mix with lamb chunks. Let sit 5 minutes. Thread on skewers.
  • 3Grill, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
