Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 - large garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds lamb stew meat
How To Make grilled lamb kebobs

Step 1Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high. Cut up any veggies you want to add.

Step 2Whisk marinade ingredients together, Mix with lamb chunks. Let sit 5 minutes. Thread on skewers.

Step 3Grill, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
