  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1
    large garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 tsp
    cumin
  • 3/4 tsp
    coriander
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 lb
    lamb stew meat

How to Make Grilled Lamb Kebobs

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high. Cut up any veggies you want to add.
  2. Whisk marinade ingredients together, Mix with lamb chunks. Let sit 5 minutes. Thread on skewers.
  3. Grill, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
