Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 - large garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 pounds lamb stew meat

How To Make grilled lamb kebobs

  • Step 1
    Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Heat grill to medium high. Cut up any veggies you want to add.
  • Step 2
    Whisk marinade ingredients together, Mix with lamb chunks. Let sit 5 minutes. Thread on skewers.
  • Step 3
    Grill, turning occasionally, about 8 minutes.
