Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 - 4-5 ounce porterhouse lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make grilled lamb chops with mustard bbq sauce

Step 1Whisk together mustard, vinegar, ketchup, molasses, honey, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry.

Step 2Preheat grill on high heat

Step 3Brush lamb chops with canola oil and seaon both sides with salt and pepper

Step 4Grill one side of lamb chops until golden brown and slightly charred and brush with sauce

Step 5Turn chops and grill to medium doneness, brushing with sauce

Step 6Remove chops to serving platter, brush with more sauce and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
