- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons each soy sauce & saki
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 lamb shoulder chops
- 1/3 cup scallions chopped
How To Make grilled hunan lamb chops

Step 1Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sake, chili oil, rice vinegar, garlic and half the scallions.

Step 2Place the chops in a bowl and pour the marinade over top, Let marinate 4 hours.

Step 3Grille lamb chops to desired doneness brushing with the marinate liquid. For medium rara about 4 minutes per side.

Step 4Sprinkle with remaining scallions.
