Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons each soy sauce & saki
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 lamb shoulder chops
  • 1/3 cup scallions chopped

How To Make grilled hunan lamb chops

  • Step 1
    Mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sake, chili oil, rice vinegar, garlic and half the scallions.
  • Step 2
    Place the chops in a bowl and pour the marinade over top, Let marinate 4 hours.
  • Step 3
    Grille lamb chops to desired doneness brushing with the marinate liquid. For medium rara about 4 minutes per side.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with remaining scallions.
