Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives
How To Make grilled garlic lamb chops

Step 1Place the garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil in a food processor and process into a paste. Rub the paste all over the chops and let marinate for 4 hours.

Step 2Get a grill hot. Brush the marinade off the chops. Season the chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3Grill about 5 minutes per side. Let it rest 10 minutes. Garnish with chives.
