- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces sliced or shredded cheese
- 4 slices bread
How To Make grilled cheese

Step 1Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Divide cheese between each of 2 bread slices of bread. Place in the skillet and cook until bread is browned on the bottom. Turn with pancake turner and brown the other side, sliding the bread around the skillet to absorb the butter. As cheese melts, press gently on bread with the back of pancake turner. Remove as soon as both sides of bread are browned and cheese is melted.
