green chili and cheese pie
I always have baking mix and canned green chilies on hand, and they come in handy when making this tasty quiche-like pie. This makes a nice brunch dish and can be served with a nice side salad.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup baking mix
- 2 cans mild chopped green chilies (4 oz each)
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make green chili and cheese pie

Step 1Mix together the milk, eggs, and baking mix with a mixer until nice and smooth. Set aside.

Step 2In a prepared glass pie plate, sprinkle the green chilies and cheese over the bottom.

Step 3Pour milk mixture over the cheese and chilies.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until a knife, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Cool for approximately 10 minutes before serving.
