What a great combination of flavors! Goes well with crusty bread. Or serve with rice or orzo pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled & deveied
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose greek seasoning
  • 1 - lemon - juice and zest
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - feta cheese (optional)

How To Make greek shrimp and lemon

  • Step 1
    Combine shrimp, Greek seasoning, lemon juice and zest, mint & parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large skillet and sauce on medium-high for 30 seconds or so. Add shrimp and butter. Saute for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook - pre-cooked shrimp only need to be heated up!
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle some feta on each serving before serving, if desired!
