Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled & deveied
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose greek seasoning
- 1 - lemon - juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon dried mint, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled or 1 tablespoon fresh
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - feta cheese (optional)
How To Make greek shrimp and lemon

Step 1Combine shrimp, Greek seasoning, lemon juice and zest, mint & parsley in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Add olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to a large skillet and sauce on medium-high for 30 seconds or so. Add shrimp and butter. Saute for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook - pre-cooked shrimp only need to be heated up!

Step 3Sprinkle some feta on each serving before serving, if desired!
