This was given to me by a greek friend in Pittsburgh. It has such a fresh flavor, sure to please everyone in your family!

Ingredients For greek marinated lamb chops

8round bone leg or shoulder lamb chops

2 clovegarlic
-
1zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 Tbsporegano, dried

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspground black pepper
How To Make greek marinated lamb chops

1Crush garlic or chop very fine and mix with the other marinade ingredients. Put into a 1-gallon plastic zip bag and marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

2Pat the chops dry and place onto a broiling rack about 4 inches from the flame. Cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with additional lemon.

3**Can also be grilled. Get the fire nice and hot and space chops on the grill so they have a chance to sear on each side.
