  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1
zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper

How to Make Greek Marinated Lamb Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush garlic or chop very fine and mix with the other marinade ingredients. Put into a 1-gallon plastic zip bag and marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Pat the chops dry and place onto a broiling rack about 4 inches from the flame. Cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side. Serve immediately with additional lemon.
  3. **Can also be grilled. Get the fire nice and hot and space chops on the grill so they have a chance to sear on each side.
