How To Make greek king burger

  • Step 1
Grounded Lamb, beef, sausage - thawed place in a bowl ( I used beer brats because thats what I had in my ice box...lol BUT it taste good! just make sure you take out off the skin )
  • Step 2
All other ingredient (except the feta cheese) I put in my mini food chopper for a few sec and just mix in your meat. (If you don't have a copper just minced, dice everything and add all the seasoning, mix well with meat)
  • Step 3
Feta crumbled cheese- add to meat mix

Meat mix- make into patties ( I take about an hand full - it make 8-9 patties )
  • Step 5
Just grill or fry in your skillet Toppings- sliced roma tomatoes and lettuce , I used flat sandwich thin buns...I didn't have to use and condiment or sauce because has a good flavor and the cherry tomatoes I added keeps it from getn to dry.
