5-6 lbchuck roast
1 largebunch of celery
1 1/2 lbswiss chees
1 largecan of tomatoes, chopped
1 tspaccent. i do not add this, but this is how the recipe was written.
·salt and pepper to taste.
1 lbthin spaghetti
How to Make Grandma's Spaghetti
- Trim most of the fat from the roast. Then put about 2 tble crisco in large pot and brown meat on both sides. Cover with water, add tomatoes then boil till half done.
- Add salt,pepper and accent. Cut celery up and dice onions not to small. Add to meat and cook until meat is tender.
- Boil spaghetti about 7 min. in salted water. Put a layer of spaghetti in casserole then cheese and sauce. repeat layers till spaghetti and cheese are done.
- Bake 350 for 1 hr.
There should be broth and meat leftover. When serving ladle a little over the spaghetti.
