Ingredients
- 5-6 pounds chuck roast
- 1 large bunch of celery
- 6 large onions
- 1 1/2 pounds swiss chees
- 1 large can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon accent. i do not add this, but this is how the recipe was written.
- - salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 pound thin spaghetti
How To Make grandma's spaghetti

Step 1Trim most of the fat from the roast. Then put about 2 tble crisco in large pot and brown meat on both sides. Cover with water, add tomatoes then boil till half done.

Step 2Add salt,pepper and accent. Cut celery up and dice onions not to small. Add to meat and cook until meat is tender.

Step 3Boil spaghetti about 7 min. in salted water. Put a layer of spaghetti in casserole then cheese and sauce. repeat layers till spaghetti and cheese are done.

Step 4Bake 350 for 1 hr. There should be broth and meat leftover. When serving ladle a little over the spaghetti.
