This is my mom's mac and cheese recipe. It's a pie more than the cheesy mac and cheese.

Ingredients

2 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 - egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup milk

How To Make grace's macaroni and cheese

Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Stir in butter and egg.

Step 2

Mix mustard and salt with one tablespoonn of hot water. Add to macaroni and pour into casserole dish. Add cheese, reserving some for gardins. Add milk and top with remaining cheese.
Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
