Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork steak cut in to chunks
- 1 cup flour
- - garlic powder
- - olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper cut up
- 1 - red bell pepper cut up
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- 4 teaspoons better than boulion beef flavor
- 10-12 cups water
- 1/2 pound egg noodles, uncooked
- - salt and black pepper to taste
How To Make goulash

Step 1season pork with complete seasoning and garlic powder then coat with flour

Step 2in a large pot brown pork in olive oil in small batches

Step 3add water[start with 8 cups and add more later to cover noodles if needed], bouillon and tomato paste heat over med. low until it breaks down stirring constantly

Step 4add pork, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and onions and noodles cover and continue simmering until noodle are done add more water if needed to cover noodles
