goat tikka masala
I wanted to try goat meat but I think I would like to try it in another preparation. The delicious spices of the Tikka were really all I could taste. The Goat meat was very tender.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds goat meat from a leg or roast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- rice, for serving
- cilantro, for garnish
- naan, for serving
How To Make goat tikka masala

Step 1Mix the spices together and rub all over the meat. Add butter to a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Place the meat in the slow cooker.

Step 2Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until onion is translucent. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan then pour all into the slow cooker. Add the ginger, brown sugar, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine well and let cook 8 hours.

Step 3Stir in the coconut cream. Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro. Serve with naan for dipping.
