Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pot, melt the stick of butter, add garlic (smashed) low heat, add the wine
  2. put the crab legs in, sprinkle with parsley
  3. simmer on low an hour..rotating the crab legs every 15 mins...so the flavors get distributed evenly.
