I craved oysters when pregnant with my son so I came up with this quick to satisfy my craving

Ingredients
- 1 jar fresh raw oysters medium size
- 1 1/2 cups crushed saltines
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
How To Make fried oysters

Step 1in medium bowl mix beaten eggs with tabasco sauce. place oysters in egg tabasco bowl let sit

Step 2on large plate or platter crush saltine crackers with bottom of large glass or rolling pin, add adobo, garlic salt, pepper paprika and flour. mix well

Step 3put oysters in flour/saltine mixture and coat well

Step 4heat cooking oil on medium then add oysters. fry until browned five minutes each side turning twice. press down with spatulas to squeeze out oyster juice and help cook faster.

Step 5drain on paper towel. serve as is or with fave sauce

Step 6my fave sauce in half cup catsup with tablespoon horseradish. also good as is or sprinkled with hot sauce
