I made some twice baked potatoes last night. It was a long process and using very expensive potatoes. When I got done I thought to myself that is just mashed potatoes with ingredients added put into a shell and baked again. So if you want to save time, work, money go to my last direction and make stuffed baked mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potato
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tablespoon horse radish
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • - each milk and butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon each basil, oregeno, chives, paprika, celery seed
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella and tripple cheddar cheese
  • 1 - strip bacon

  • Step 1
    Bake potato at 350'F for 60-90 minutes
  • Step 2
    scoop out flesh from skin carefully mash potato flesh, add mild and butter for mashed potatoes
  • Step 3
    add rest of ingredients except 1/2 cheese and paprika. Mix
  • Step 4
    scoop potatoes out into skins, add rest of cheese and paprika

    bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
