I made some twice baked potatoes last night. It was a long process and using very expensive potatoes. When I got done I thought to myself that is just mashed potatoes with ingredients added put into a shell and baked again. So if you want to save time, work, money go to my last direction and make stuffed baked mashed potatoes.

- 2 large russet potato
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon horse radish
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- - each milk and butter
- 1/4 teaspoon each basil, oregeno, chives, paprika, celery seed
- 1/4 cup mozzarella and tripple cheddar cheese
- 1 - strip bacon

Step 1Bake potato at 350'F for 60-90 minutes

Step 2scoop out flesh from skin carefully mash potato flesh, add mild and butter for mashed potatoes
