i always love chicken tenders,so i create this recipe,with a hot taste of flamin hot cheetos,it great on po-boy sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    buttermilk
  • 3/4 c
    sriracha
  • 1 c
    blue cheese dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 c
    jalapeno pickling liquid
  • 6
    boneless,skinless chicken breasts,cut into tenders
  • 3 tsp
    creole seasoning
  • 3 c
    crushed flamin' hot cheetos

How to Make Flamin' Hot Cheetos Chicken Tenders?

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl,combine buttermilk,sriracha,blue cheese dressing,red pepper flakes and jalapeno pickling liquid;whisk together until blended.
  2. Season chicken tenders with creole seasoning.
  3. Place chicken tenders into buttermilk mixture,mix well.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.Marinade for 4 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil;place a cooling rack on top and sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Take the chicken tenders out the bowl of buttermilk mixture,onto a large ziplock bag.
  6. Add crushed flamin' hot cheetos into the bag of chicken tenders.Seal and shake the bag to coat thoroughly.
  7. Remove from the bag;place on the rack in a single layer.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear,about 15 minutes.
