1 package (25 oz.) frozen beef ravioli (approximately 6 cups cooked ravioli or 50-55 raviolis)
1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 jar (8 oz.) salsa
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese

How To Make fast fiesta mexican ravioli

Step 1

Cook ravioli per package instructions.

Step 2

In large skillet, combine enchilada sauce and salsa.
Step 3

Stir and cook until heated through.
Step 4

Drain ravioli and add to enchilada sauce/salsa mixture.
Step 5

Stir to coat.
Step 6

Top with cheese.
Step 7

Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes over low heat until cheese is melted.
