Another good ol' crabmeat recipe from Momma!! This comes down from Great-Grandma Hunt.....She used a homemade mayonnaise in this recipe that she loved to fix for company.

1 pound fresh crabmeat, white lump preferably
14 ounces can artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
- juice of one medium lemon

How To Make elegant company crabmeat

Step 1

Slice artichokes thin.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients.
Step 3

Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
