egg dumplings
My grandmothers(GOM) family was from Germany. She raised her family after her mother died young. She had so many fast and easy recipes. Many of them I do not have the proper measurement for, I know them by "feel". This is one of them. My family LOVES this recipe. My 36 yr. old daughter still requests it as a birthday meal!!!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup flour
How To Make egg dumplings

Step 1Mix egg and flour to make a paste like consistancy, adding more or less flour.

Step 2Drop by teaspoons or tablespoon, depending on the size you desire.

Step 3Boil for about 5 min. They should float to the top of the pan.

Step 4Drain and serve. Easy!
