easy, yummy, dollar or white mountain bun spam sandwiches
(1 RATING)
I use one half of a old roasting pan and throw all of the sandwiches in a single layer to bake. Be careful when unwrapping as they will be hot! You may check for doneness after around 20 minutes in the oven if you wish, it varies, but veggies should be tender and the cheese bubbly. My husbands family introduced me to these long ago using an old meat grinder that you attached to the counter and now it is a tradition and we all really love them. So here is a use for that meat grinder stashed away that you might of gotten handed down to you or this may also work in a food processor, I have never tryed it.

Step 1Using a meat grinder, grind all ingredients together into a bowl.( Works best if the velveeta is cut into pieces and cold) Take a tablespoon and a 1/2 of mixture and spread on a sliced bun and then wrap with tin foil. Bake at 350 for around 25 minutes, unwrap and enjoy!
