Ingredients
- 1 - sliced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2=4 cloves garlic or more if you like
- 1 - red bell pepper chopped or sliced
- 4-6 - links of garlic sausage or if you prefer turkey sausage
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can green beans drained
How To Make easy sausage supper

Step 1warm olive oil in large skillet,add onions and bell pepper,cook until beginning to soften

Step 2add garlic,but careful not to burn or it becomes bitter

Step 3Start water for rice-use whatever rice you like-quick cooking is fastest

Step 4Add sausage sliced into about 1/2 pieces and ad to pan,let brown

Step 5Add can of tomatoes and green beans let simmer for about 10minutes

Step 6salt and pepper to taste,place 1/2 cup rice on plate and add sausage mix,

Step 7Serve with salad and crusty bread
