Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    crescent rolls
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained and chopped
  • 2
    green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    poppy seeds

How to Make Easy Mushroom Puffs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lay out crescent rolls, and press together the perforated seams to seal.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mushrooms, onions, and seasoned salt; and spread over dough.
  4. Roll up in jelly roll fashion (from long side).
  5. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. If you freeze the rolls they are a lot easier to slice.
  7. Brush with egg.
  8. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
