- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained and chopped
- 2 - green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
How To Make easy mushroom puffs

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Lay out crescent rolls, and press together the perforated seams to seal.

Step 3Mix cream cheese, mushrooms, onions, and seasoned salt; and spread over dough.

Step 4Roll up in jelly roll fashion (from long side).

Step 5Slice into 1-inch pieces.

Step 6If you freeze the rolls they are a lot easier to slice.

Step 7Brush with egg.

Step 8Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Step 9Bake for 10 minutes.
