easy hot dog casserole - tasty!

This casserole came in handy many times when my daughter was small and I worked long hours. Quick to throw together, it is hearty and really quite good! Though not at all 'fancy', all ages seem to enjoy it, and it can easily be customized to your taste. You can add one or two cans of chili, depending on how 'soupy' you like it. The green onions add a bit of 'bite' - if your children don't like them just leave them out, it is still good!
