easy green chile bake
This dish is so easy and tasty. I've made it for breakfast and dinner, and It's always a hit. Also great for potluck. Note: Can also be served with salsa or sour cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 21 ounces chopped green chiles
- 1 can 14 - 15 oz sweet corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 large eggs
How To Make easy green chile bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Spray 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 3Spread a third of each cheese on the bottom of the pan. Then spread half the green chiles followed by half the drained corn. Repeat with another cheese layer, then spread the remaining chiles and corn. Add the remaining cheeses on top.

Step 4In a small bowl beat the 4 eggs with the milk until blended. Pour evenly on the chile mixture and bake at 375 for about 30-45 mins or until eggs are set.

Step 5Cut into squares while warm and enjoy.
