1/2 cdiced celery
1/2 cdiced bell pepper( red or green or combo of both)
·garlic to taste (i use 3 or 4 cloves diced)
2 lbshrimp or crawfish tails
1 can(s)cr.of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cr. of celery soup
1 can(s)rotel tomatoes
How to Make Easy Ettouffee
- saute your onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in one stick of butter
- add soups and rotel tomatoes. stir all together and heat slowly
- add shrimp or crawfish and continue simmering for about 15 to 20 min.
serve over cooked rice.
add a salad or potato salad and some crusty french bread for a wonderful cajun meal!
