How To Make easy and fast raspberry pineapple meatballs
-
Step 1Thaw the meatballs, then put in a large pan on low heat to warm them. If using peppers, add them now, too. Put a lid on your pan so that the steam will cook the peppers. Heat for 5-10 minutes.
-
Step 2Add the drained pineapple chunks. If you have frozen or fresh raspberries, you can add them now. They are optional. Keep your heat on low.
-
Step 3Stir in 1/2 cup of Rothchild's Raspberry Pineapple sauce. I order this online and keep it onhand all the time. https://www.google.com/search?q=rothchild%27s+rasperry+pineapple+sauce&rlz=1C1ASUT_enUS586US586&oq=rothchild%27s+rasperry+pineapple+sauce&aqs=chrome..69i57.14039j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Step 4When it's warm, serve it as an appetizer, or you can make a nice meal by serving it over rice with a tossed salad on the side. So EASY!
