Easy and Fast Raspberry Pineapple Meatballs
2 bag(s)frozen meatballs
1 can(s)pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 crothschild raspberry pineapple sauce
1 craspberries (optional)
1sweet pepper, green or red, chopped (optional)
How to Make Easy and Fast Raspberry Pineapple Meatballs
- Thaw the meatballs, then put in a large pan on low heat to warm them. If using peppers, add them now, too. Put a lid on your pan so that the steam will cook the peppers. Heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the drained pineapple chunks. If you have frozen or fresh raspberries, you can add them now. They are optional. Keep your heat on low.
- When it's warm, serve it as an appetizer, or you can make a nice meal by serving it over rice with a tossed salad on the side. So EASY!
