We love these meatballs. You can have dinner on the table in 15 minutes. As you heat the meatballs and pineapple, you can cook your rice, prep a quick salad, and dinner is ready!

How To Make easy and fast raspberry pineapple meatballs

  • Step 1
Thaw the meatballs, then put in a large pan on low heat to warm them. If using peppers, add them now, too. Put a lid on your pan so that the steam will cook the peppers. Heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 2
Add the drained pineapple chunks. If you have frozen or fresh raspberries, you can add them now. They are optional. Keep your heat on low.
  • I love the Rothschild sauces for so many things. It's good on chicken,in salads, in meatballs, and any other creative way you think of!
    Step 3
Stir in 1/2 cup of Rothchild's Raspberry Pineapple sauce. I order this online and keep it onhand all the time. https://www.google.com/search?q=rothchild%27s+rasperry+pineapple+sauce&rlz=1C1ASUT_enUS586US586&oq=rothchild%27s+rasperry+pineapple+sauce&aqs=chrome..69i57.14039j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
  • Step 4
When it's warm, serve it as an appetizer, or you can make a nice meal by serving it over rice with a tossed salad on the side. So EASY!
